Fitness has made up a large part of Justin’s life. Besides being a fitness trainer for two decades, Justin has competed in several SNBF (Supernatural Body Building and Fitness) competitions in the Southeast. He is the father of two kids, and a Georgia native. A long-time member of the Athens community, Justin has gained most of his clients by word-of-mouth referrals.
Justin has helped hundreds of people achieve and maintain ambitious weight loss goals, regain strength after injury or surgery, or simply achieve their fitness goals. Virtual Personal Training
Justin offers Virtual Personal Training via the TrainHeroic app for people who are confident with form, and who want the flexibility to workout at any time of day. When completing your custom workout designed by Justin, virtual training clients are able to record weight and reps in the app, as well as leave comments for direct (and often immediate) feedback from Justin! Virtual Personal Training is a great option to pair with Gym Personal Training, and is a more affordable solution.
