Justin Carter has been training clients in the Athens area for 20 years. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and his career in the healthcare industry gives Justin an edge when it comes to understanding the human body and how exercise affects it in terms of muscle growth, energy, and more. Meet Justin

Fitness has made up a large part of Justin’s life. Besides being a fitness trainer for two decades, Justin has competed in several SNBF (Supernatural Body Building and Fitness) competitions in the Southeast. He is the father of two kids, and a Georgia native. A long-time member of the Athens community, Justin has gained most of his clients by word-of-mouth referrals.

Justin has helped hundreds of people achieve and maintain ambitious weight loss goals, regain strength after injury or surgery, or simply achieve their fitness goals. He’s developed countless personalized fitness programs that have enabled his clients to reach their desired level of muscle tone and strength.

Following two major back surgeries, Justin has been able to return to a high level of fitness and enjoys the challenge of working with clients who find themselves in a similar situation.

30-Minute Training Sessions are great for long-time clients and individuals with experience in the gym. Begin your gym time with 30 minutes of professional guidance, or squeeze an intense, personalized workout into your busy schedule. I prefer new clients begin with 45- or 60-minute sessions so that I can get to know your fitness level and have more time for instruction.

Ready to see the difference of one-on-one training? 45-minute sessions are a great place to start.
